Interviewer: There’s one moment in the first nude scene where, if I recall, you’re kind of shimmying back and forth and as I learned it’s called the “East-West.” But in that “East-West” moment, you are waist-up shown only, because I imagine there can be no “floppage” and still get an “R” rating?

Jason: No, no. As long as it is completely flaccid, it is still an “R” rating, which there’s an interesting side-note [to that]. It was very important professionally that it remain completely flaccid… But it was very important to me personally that it not be completely flaccid, you know what I mean? It was a fine line. You want to be, like, 8% aroused. So you think about, in a situation like that, the hottest girl from high school and then you start to get aroused… And then you remember that she would never date you. And it just keeps it right at that right level.
